We don’t deliver out of JHB

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas. Please be sure to double-check spelling, grammar, layout and design before approving artwork

If a proof containing errors is approved by the customer, they are responsible for payment of all original costs of printing (screens, setup charges, any substrates), including corrections and reprints.

The customer is 100% responsible for approvals of Copyright, Trademark and Licensing Agreements of artwork.

Customer’s signature or email approval is contractually binding for payment of all services rendered. All artwork must be approved by the customer with an email or signature before a job can be entered into production.

PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT ACCEPT VERBAL APPROVALS

In the event you the client supply us with the artwork you need to ensure the file has all the fonts converted to curves, CMYK and 300dpi.

Please note the printed job will never match the screen but our machines are colour calibrated and will be an 85-95% match screen colour.

Please also note that it won’t match a small office printer or home printer as they are not colour calibrated. If you are concerned about colour.

You are more than welcome to come in and see a colour printed proof before production (Proofs can be delivered to you via our courier, the cost is R99 to your account)

Allow 5mm bleed on all sides.

Convert RGB and spot colours to CMYK.

PDF files must have fonts & images embedded.

JPG files must be at least 400dpi.

Set black text and fine lines to overprint.

Avoid using small text (below 7pt) that is made up of more than one process colour.

Text, images, logos etc must be at least5mm away from the edge of the page.

Avoid using small text (below 7pt) that is white, reversed out of a background that is made up of more than one process colour.

MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and other MS Office files can be used, however there will be an artwork fee to convert them to a print ready file.
